Prime Minister: An additional UAH 73.3 billion will be allocated to meet the key needs of our army and economy

The Government has decided to increase the size of the reserve fund by UAH 73.3 billion. This was announced by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmygal at a Government meeting on April 1.

"These funds will be redistributed from other budget programs and will be used primarily to meet the key needs of our army and economy. "Everything for the front is everything for victory" is a new state policy that will help us end the war faster, "the Head of Government stressed.

The Prime Minister also noted that a new program to support IDPs has been launched

today - applications are being accepted from businesses that hire migrants.

"UAH 6,500 will be paid for each new employee. People will be able to get these funds by finding jobs in those businesses that are ready to work under martial law," said the Prime Minister.

Denys Shmyhal reminded that the day before the submission of applications for the ePidtrymkaprogram was completed, under which a sum worth UAH 6,500 was paid to those who lost their jobs.

"We received almost 5 million applications. Payments currently amounted to UAH 22 billion, received by almost 3.5 million people. This successful program has already helped many of our citizens, "the Prime Minister underscored.

According to Denys Shmyhal, the registration of IDPs continues. According to him, 260,000 people are currently registered with the social security authorities.

“Based on this registration, the state will pay UAH 2,000 to an adult and UAH 3,000 to a child or a person with a disability. These will be monthly payments. In order to get them, you need to register. Therefore, I urge those who have moved, who need it - register, "Denys Shmyhal said.

The Head of Government also stressed that the You Are at Home program is already working. Those who are hosting IDPs will be paid compensation for utilities. According to the PM, there are currently vacancies for almost 10,000 IDPs.
