Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksii Reznikov took part in a historic meeting of Ukraine Security Consultative Group

On April 26, 2022, at the Ramstein Air Base, Germany of the United States Air Force, the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksii Reznikov and the Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Lieutenant General Yevhen Moisiuk took part in a historic meeting of Ukraine Security Consultative Group.

Representatives of the military-political leadership from about 40 countries were

involved in the meeting.

The meeting was chaired by U.S. Secretary of U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Lloyd J. Austin III, who gathered with U.S. Army General Mark Milley, Chairman of the The Joint Staff Chiefs, ministers of defense and senior military officials. It was dedicated to strengthening Ukraine’s defence capabilities, consolidating the international community's efforts to supply the necessary weapons and military equipment to meet the critical needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in an unprovoked and unjustified war resolved by russia.

U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd J. Austin III has said the United States will «move heaven and earth» to keep Ukraine well-supplied with weapons in the fight against the russian invasion.
