BREAKING: Air Alerts, Explosions Throughout Ukraine

Update at 10:04pm: Governor: Russian rockets hit railway in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.


Valentyn Reznichenko said it wasn’t clear whether it would be possible to resume railway traffic after three missile strikes hit and “completely destroyed” the railway network in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.
