Update at 4:31pm: The Central Military District of the Russian Federation explained the causes of the accident with military helicopters:
"During the landing, two helicopters approached each other, as a result of which one received damage and made a hard landing."
Update at 3:52pm: Two military helicopters collided in the Saratov region of Russia.
Two died, another injured.
Update at 3:25pm: Another huge fire, this time, the roof of the shopping mall in Ishim is on fire around the entire perimeter.
