BREAKING: Explosions Reported In Tiraspol (Transnistria)

Update at 8:30pm: The UK, Canada, France, Germany and the U.S. demanded that all their citizens leave Moldova and Transnistria as soon as possible.

Update at 12:39am Friday Morning: The Israeli Foreign Ministry has called on its citizens to leave Transnistria immediately due to the security situation.

Update at 6:29pm Thursday: The Bulgarian Foreign Ministry calls on its citizens to leave Moldova immediately due to the deteriorating security situation.

Update at 6:20pm: The Russian Federation is preparing a missile attack on unrecognized Transnistria with casualties among the civilian population according to the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reports.

Update at 5:12pm: "According to available information, the forces of the Transnistrian region are involved in attempts to escalate the situation in the region. These are forces advocating war, they are interested in destabilizing the situation," said Moldovan President Maia Sandu.

Update at 4:14pm: Russian media report a night attack on a military airfield in Moldova's Transnistria.

Update at 10:25am: TV channel TSV reports of an explosion near the radio and television center in Mayak (Transnistria), Moldova. 

There were no casualties.

All indications are that Russia is stepping up provocations in the area of occupied Transnistria.

Update at 12:45am: Local officials claim those explosions heard are just exercises, so nothing too serious.

Update at 7:20pm: The "Ministry of Internal Affairs" of Transnistria reported that no one was injured by the shelling of the "Ministry of State Security" building with a hand grenade launcher.

The "Ministry of State Security" of unrecognized Transnistria was fired from a hand grenade launcher - confirms the deputy of the "Supreme Council" Andrey Safonov.
