Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for the Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories Iryna Vereshchuk said that such hopes arose as a result of a meeting between President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres in Kyiv today.
"There is hope that we will manage to evacuate civilians from Azovstal. The President and the team are making great efforts. This is one of the top priorities. We are starting to plan a humanitarian operation!" Iryna Vereshchuk reported.
