Easier crossing of the Polish-Ukrainian border for trucks with humanitarian aid

We have simplified the procedure for crossing the border for truck transport with humanitarian aid to Ukraine. The facilitations concern two border crossings: Korczowa and Dorohusk. Simplified customs clearance is possible on the basis of a completed and sent form. Thanks to the solution, Ukraine will receive humanitarian aid faster, which flows to it from the Polish and the entire free world. Thank you for helping Ukraine!

Szef Kancelarii Prezesa Rady Ministrów Michał Dworczyk podczas konferencji prasowej w KPRM

"Every day more and more non-governmental organizations, local governments, people of good will join in helping Ukraine," said the head of the KPRM, Minister Michał Dworczyk. Therefore, at two crossings on the Polish-Ukrainian border: Dorohusk-Jagodzin and Korczowa-Krakowiec, the rules for transporting humanitarian aid by trucks have been simplified.

Facilitations for trucks with humanitarian aid concern:

  • only truck transport (not passenger vehicles),
  • only transport entering Ukraine (crossing the border with the
    destination in Ukraine),
  • two border crossings: Korczowa and Dorohusk (return to the area of Polish any border crossing in accordance with current regulations).

NOTE: Drivers must have a valid passport with them!

You can use simplified customs clearance only on the basis of a completed and submitted form, which is available on the www.pomagamukrainie.gov.pl website. To submit the form, you must have a trusted profile.

Customs clearance form

Minister Michał Dworczyk announced the launch of the government platform for the coordination of humanitarian aid within the existing pomagamukrainie.gov.pl – It was possible to create the simplest possible form of humanitarian aid clearance, resigning from normal procedures due to the war – he stressed.

Filling in and submitting the form via a trusted profile is a one-time form. If you need to change your details, you'll need to fill out and submit the form again.

After sending the form, you will receive two documents to the e-mail address indicated by you:

  • "Confirmation" in a pdf file – a document confirming the notification of the willingness to cross the Polish-Ukrainian border with humanitarian aid along with a unique form number and basic information on transport.
  • "Marking" in a pdf file with a special vehicle marking (containing a unique number), which you must print (in A4 format) and place in a prominent place on the windshield of the vehicle in its upper right corner.

Humanitarian aid sent to Ukraine

The government organizes aid both by collecting various types of funds from all over the country, but also by buying the most necessary goods and sending them to Ukraine. Poland is the organizer of the pan-European action. We receive further transports, which, after agreement with the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, we distribute to various cities or to people who need it most. The Government Agency for Strategic Reserves accepts assistance from abroad. Our allies supply Polish goods and material goods for Ukraine.

– Every day more than 100 trucks go to Ukraine sent by RARS – summed up the head of the KPRM thanking all non-governmental organizations, local governments and all Poles who in recent days have been giving a beautiful expression of solidarity with the citizens of Ukraine by providing assistance.
