Update at 11:36pm Kyiv Time: Russia attacks oil depot in Rivne Oblast.
According to Rivne Oblast Governor Vitaliy Koval, Russian forces have shelled an oil depot in Dubno, Rivne Oblast. The authorities are still addressing the damage from the attack.
Hromadske reports the occupiers fired on Boiarka (Kyiv Oblast), injuring four civilians, including a child. Damaged infrastructure includes high-rise and private homes, garages and other real estates
Update at 11:05pm Kyiv Time: Today’s missile strikes on Lviv target oil depot, plant.
Lviv Oblast Governor Maksym Kozytskyi said that Russian forces attacked fuel infrastructure in Lviv.
In total, four strikes hit the city, five people are injured. Firefighters are trying to extinguish the fires.
Update at 10:58pm Kyiv Time: We're learning that Russia is using the territory of illegally annexed Crimea, Ukrainian territory, to launch missiles into Western Ukraine.
Ukraine warned many times since 2014 about the danger of Crimea militarization by Russia. Few listened. Germans sent their turbines bypassing sanctions.
Missiles are reported to have hit Dubno city, Rivne Region, West Ukraine.

The nuclear research reactor at the Kharkiv Institute of Physics and Technology has come under renewed Russian fire.

Update at 7pm Kyiv Time: Mariupol city council: Russian forces forcibly deported hospital employees, patients.
The council of the besieged city said that, according to witness reports, Russian troops had forcibly moved the staff and the patients of the Mariupol City Hospital #1 to an unknown location.
It is not clear how many people were deported. There were about 700 people in the hospital.

No residential buildings in Lviv, a regional capital in western Ukraine, have been hit during the Russian attack on March 26, Maksym Kozytskyi said, as quoted by Ukrainska Pravda.

Andriy Sadovyi said that Lviv was hit following reports about explosions. Lviv Oblast Governor Maksym Kozytskyi said that 3 loud explosions were heard near Lviv, from the east. Sadovyi warned that more strikes may be coming.

Very worrying: it was relatively calm in Western Ukraine, where millions of people displaced from other areas sought refuge.

Turkey’s Defense Minister Halusi Akar said they neutralized the “old type of mine” after fishermen spotted it in the upper Bosphorus Strait. Turkey said it’s in touch with Ukraine and Russia regarding the incident.

Russian forces damage Holocaust memorial outside Kharkiv.
The Ministry of Defense said that the Russian troops hit the memorial in Drobytsky Yar, a ravine where, according to different estimates, from 16,000-20,000 people, mostly Jews, were massacred by Nazi troops in 1941.
