Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food: Prozorro + platform designed to find suppliers for the country's humanitarian needs kicks off its work

Ukraine has launched the Prozorro + platform to search for suppliers for the country's humanitarian needs.

The platform is aimed at a search for companies that can supply the most necessary goods during martial law.

The the Prozorro + platform is aimed to unite Ukrainian business around the urgent

needs of the state and systematically meet them.

The platform collects requests from state and local authorities, military-civil administrations and humanitarian headquarters, as well as seeks suppliers in Ukraine and abroad who sell the goods our country needs.

"Prozorro is a system where tens of thousands of customers and suppliers from all over the country have been working together for 5 years, and it is very important to maintain this synergy. But now, on the one hand, the ability of the state to quickly cover urgent needs comes to the fore, and on the other - the opportunity for business to resume its work and support the economy. The Prozorro + platform will help combine these two goals, "said Vasyl Zadvornyi, General Director of Prozorro.

At present, the list of categories encapuslates more than 110 items (including fuel, food, tactical clothing, laptops, generators, etc.) and is constantly updated. At the same time, the platform does not search for suppliers of military goods - such as helmets or bulletproof vests.

Prozorro + works as a marketplace, where companies that are ready to supply the state with the necessary goods publish their proposals, and state and local authorities - their own needs.

The platform also provides for the participation of international donors and NGOs ready to finance the needs of the Ukrainian state. Prozorro + will also be joined by foreign companies that will help meet the needs of goods that are already difficult to find in Ukraine.

Prozorro + has already worked in a pilot mode for 15 customers, including the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food, the Ministry of Social Policy, the Humanitarian Aid Headquarters at the National Agency for Prevention of Corruption (UA Headquarters Foundation), Ukrzaliznytsia and Lviv Regional State Administration. Now the platform will be actively filled with products from suppliers to scale across the country, so Prozorro encourages businesses to actively submit their proposals.

It is possible to register on the platform through one of the electronic platforms that have become partners of Prozorro + on a volunteer basis: E-Tender, Zakupki.Prom, SmartTender, Public Procurement.Online or Tender-Online. To submit your proposal / request for a request, you need to contact the site call center after registration. Submitting business proposals and publishing customer needs is free.
