The situation around Kyiv has positive dynamics, said the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Denys Monastyrsky on the air of the All-Ukrainian telethon.
The Internal Minister stated that the positive dynamics of the operational situation around Kyiv is currently being observed.
"I can only comment on the positive dynamics around Kyiv at the moment, and I expect, together with all residents of the capital, with other cities, victory in this area," said Denis Monastyrsky.
The Minister stressed that the country is not only holding on but is also launching a counterattack in many places.
