Ukrainians received more than 200 tons of humanitarian aid due to cooperation between the Ministry of Social Policy and the Oberig-26 Charitable Foundation

The Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine Maryna Lazebna stressed that due to the cooperation of the Ministry of Social Policy with the Berdychiv Charitable Foundation "Oberig-26" people in the most affected areas received more than 200 tons of humanitarian aid. The vast majority of which are medicines and food.

Only during the last few days, thanks to this cooperation, medical institutions of Mykolayiv and Odesa, 4 city hospitals of Dnipro and Andrushiv hospital in Zhytomyr region received

medicines. People in Mykolayiv and Odesa, and hundreds of IDPs in Berdychiv received food packages and hygiene products. Two buses with food, hygiene products and other useful things delivered aid to the occupied villages of Yasnogorodka and Dymer in Kyiv region.

Most of the medicines were provided by donors from France, and hygiene and food products were sent by France and Spain. Vostok SOS Charitable Foundation joined this cooperation and humanitarian aid.

Volunteers of the Oberig-26 Charitable Foundation deliver humanitarian aid, including to places that are difficult to reach by rail or large trucks.

The Ministry of Social Policy is constantly expanding its network of partners in attracting, processing and delivering humanitarian aid to victims of war. These are foreign and Ukrainian charitable foundations, public organizations, business and citizens. "I am sincerely grateful to all those who understand that by joint efforts of the state, business, the public sector and individuals, strengthening each other, we can do more than each alone," Maryna Lazebna stated.
