Ukraine will thoroughly document all the damage so that the aggressor will pay for it the full price, and we could fully revive our state. This was stated by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal on air of the UARazom telethon on April 1.
"We will start reconstruction activities in all cities of Ukraine. We will rebuild our entire state, every piece of land that has been destroyed by the enemy. We promised that every apartment, every house of our citizens will be rebuilt," Denys Shmyhal stressed.
The Head of Government noted that a special service had been launched in
the Diia application, through which people can input information about damaged or destroyed property."In addition, we must also revive lost opportunities. Because today we experience slow down in economic development and in our scientific and industrial capabilities. All these things must be restored very quickly. All these will be included in a plan to restore our state, which we are currently developing with the participation of our huge scientific potential, our international partners," said the Prime Minister.
According to the Prime Minister, the sources of recovery are different: primarily, arrested and confiscated assets of the russian federation, as well as the help of partners and the state budget of Ukraine. In addition, according to the Prime Minister, active work is underway with international partners to establish a fund for the reconstruction of Ukraine.
"We understand the need for resources - hundreds of millions of dollars, which today both the world and Europe are ready to provide to Ukraine. The fund will also be replenished at the expense of confiscated funds of the russian federation and its subjects abroad. At the expense of the state budget of Ukraine, at the expense of restoration and increase of economic potential of Ukraine", Denys Shmyhal noted.
The Prime Minister stressed that he had already called on the mayors of foreign cities to contact the heads of their Ukrainian sister cities and start working together on ways to recover.
