20 tons of medicines and other aid from France arrived for the needs of the National Police and war victims

The Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine Maryna Lazebna said that the Ministry of Social Policy together with the All-Ukrainian Association of Public Organizations "Public Parliament" organized the first delivery of medicines, medical equipment and food for long-term storage from France.

The aid was raised with the assistance of the Association of Mayors of France. The total weight of aid received is 20 tons, one-fifth of which is food. The aid is intended for the

needs of the National Police of Ukraine and residents of Kyiv region.

The Ministry of Social Policy provided unloading and temporary storage of humanitarian cargo at one of the state experimental prosthetic and orthopaedic enterprises, which belongs to the Ministry of Social Policy.

16 volunteers helped to process the cargo. Today this assistance was directed to the recipients.

It should be noted that the Ministry of Social Policy has created a network of regional distribution hubs for humanitarian aid and continues to expand the range of partners who help with the attraction, processing and delivery of humanitarian goods.
