Ukrainian food producers and businesses will provide 1 million food packages for people from vulnerable groups

Ukrainian producers and responsible businesses are the Government 's reliance in the matter of protecting people.

At the initiative of the Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine Maryna Lazebna and with the assistance of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy, Ukrainian food producers and Ukrainian businesses will provide 1 million food packages for people from vulnerable categories.

The products will be distributed among people with disabilities, elderly people living alone,

multi-children families, other people from less mobile categories and social institutions. Regional social services will ensure the collection of needs and delivery of products to recipients.

The packages consist of a variety of cereals, ready-made breakfast cereals, meat, canned meat and vegetables, pasta, sugar, condensed milk, oil, cookies packaged in various forms.

The first food packages will go to the regions today.

In particular, Agroprodservice (Ternopil), which will provide packages, and Nova Poshta providing logistics for delivery to the regions, joined the activity.
