Russia is once again proving that it is a villain country, and its military-political leadership will appear before an international tribunal and be punished.
"Recently, the rehabilitation center of the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine in the village of Borodianka, Kyiv region, was shelled," said Yulia Laputina, Minister of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine and member of the National Security and Defense Council. "This is an act of violation of international
humanitarian law, an act of violence that will be punished. I am proud of the staff of our rehabilitation center, who continue to perform their duties in such a difficult military situation. I am proud of the employees of the Ministry who joined the Territorial Defense Forces. We will win together!"
