In two days, March 8 and 9, at least eight air targets were destroyed by the air defense of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the area of the Joint Forces Operation and in the Kyiv region.
Fighter aircraft, anti-aircraft missile units S-300 and Buk-M1 destroyed 4 Su-25 attack aircraft and two helicopters of the russian occupiers. There is also evidence of two downed cruise missiles.
Assault bombers and and bomb carrier of the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine continues to support the actions of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in various strategic areas and inflict missile and bomb strikes on columns of enemy equipment.
