Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has announced an initiative to set up a special tribunal for Russia to bring it to justice for crimes against the Ukrainian people.
Sanctions
- Canada imposes new sanctions on 10 Russian officials, businessmen and propagandists involved in Russia's armed invasion of Ukraine

Financial Aid

Humanitarian aid
- The Kingdom of Bahrain has decided to provide $1 million in humanitarian aid to Ukraine
- The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation has sent a plane with 30 tons of medical and humanitarian aid to Ukraine
- A transport plane with a cargo of medical equipment arrived in Ukraine
- Austrian Chancellor Karl Negammer and his wife have donated 15,000 euros to the charity “Neighbor in Need” to help people in Ukraine
