North Atlantic Council extends mandate of the Secretary General

NATO Allies agreed today (24 March 2022) to extend the mandate of Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg by a further year, until 30 September 2023.

Allies thanked the Secretary General for his leadership and dedication, particularly at this critical moment for international security.
