The Paradis team won the short program at the Russian Synchronized Skating Championships in St. Petersburg, scoring 79.02 points. Crystal Ice Junior took first place at the national championship among teams competing in the CMS category -- 75.08.
The 2025 Russian Championship and Junior Championship in Synchronized Skating have started in Saint Petersburg. The main start of the season was long-awaited for everyone: athletes, coaches and, most importantly, spectators. On the first day, the stands of the Yubileiny Sports Palace were
almost completely filled with fans. Numerous support groups came from all over the country to actively, loudly and warmly support not only their teams, but also the opposing teams.
According to the results of the short program among teams performing in the category of masters of sports, the current first place is occupied by the St. Petersburg team "Paradise" (79.02). Second place goes to "Crystal Ice" from Moscow (75.94). Rounding out the top three is "Tatarstan" (72.94) - the athletes made a mistake during the shifting element.
Results of the junior short program: in first place is the Moscow team "Crystal Ice Junior" (75.08), in second place are the current winners of the Russian championship - "Yunost" from the Sverdlovsk region (73.98), and the intermediate third place is taken by "Sunrise-1" from St. Petersburg (73.08).
Today the teams will present their free programs and compete for sets of awards.
