The tournament took place from September 19th to 27th, 2026 at Phang Le football field - Alley 86, Hai Thuong Lan Ong Street, Dong Hai Ward, Khanh Hoa Province.
Eight teams participated: Goal Sport, An Vy Coffee, Nang Gio, Vinh Hy, TK8, Nam Cuong FC, Bo Gia FC, and Phan Tan. The teams were divided into two groups, playing in the group stage before the semi-finals, playoff, and final.
Group stage matches took place from September 19th to 24th. The decisive matches, including the semi-finals, playoff, and final, were held in the final days of the tournament, before the closing ceremony on September 27th.
