BREAKING: Multiple Explosions Reported Throughout Ukraine

1am Update: Head of the Zakarpattia Regional Military Administration, Viktor Mykyta: “Today, the Russians fired cruise missiles at Zakarpattia, flying over almost the entire country, in order to hit our region.


Windows were shattered at facilities within a radius of 500 m, rocket fragments damaged cars nearby. The liquidation of the consequences of this missile attack on one of the facilities in Volovets is underway.”


12:02am Update: Reports of powerful explosions in Zaporizhzhia.


Update at 11:32pm: 21 civilians killed in Donetsk region today, - Pavel Kirilenko, head of Regional State Administration


10 people were killed in Avdiivka, 5 in Liman, 4 in Vuhledar, 1 in Velyka Novosilka and 1 in Shandryholove.


Update at 11:29pm: New alert for Kyiv Oblast: Whole Region active.


Update at 11:27pm: City of Kyiv is under an air raid siren/alert.


Update at 11:21pm: Andrii Sadovyi informed that the number of wounded as a result of rocket strikes has increased to two people. There are interruptions in water supply and electricity supply to some hospitals in the city.


During the shelling of the settlements of Kochubei community (Kherson region) by Russian military, a man died. Four more were injured.


Zakarpattia Regional Military Administration reported about details of the Russian missile strike.


 The rocket hit one of the railway substations near the railway station in Volovets:


The fire started after a Russian missile attack on an infrastructure facility in Mukachevo district of Zakarpattia region.


Update at 10:49pm: Russian troops hit six railway stations in the center and

west of Ukraine today, - Olexandr Kamyshyn, head of Ukrainian Railways, reported. As a result, 14 trains are delayed. The infrastructure damage is severe.


The head of Dnipropetrovsk OVA Valentyn Reznichenko: We have two "arrivals" in the Kamyansky district. The missiles severely damaged railway infrastructure. One person was injured.


The movement of trains is stopped.


17 people killed, 6 injured in highway car crash in Rivne Oblast.


A minibus with passengers on board, a private car, and a fuel truck crashed on the Kyiv-Chop highway on the evening on May 3. The vehicles caught on fire.  


Update at 10:37pm: Explosions heard in Odesa again.


Update at 10:27pm: There are problems with water supply in Lviv after missile attacks- Mayor Andrii Sadovyi informed.


Update at 10:23pm: Two rockets hit the railway infrastructure of Kirovohrad region, there are dead and wounded. Three more missiles aimed at Odessa region were shot down by air defense forces, - the Operational Command "Pivden" (South) informed.


Update at 10:04pm: Russian missile hits Ukraine's westernmost Zakarpattia Oblast.


It appears to be the first attack on Zakarpattia since the start of the war.


Update at 9:44pm: 3 power substations damaged as a result of the Russian shelling on the evening of May 3. Two pumping stations are left without electricity. The city is restoring water supply through alternative sources of electricity — Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadovyi


Update at 9:40pm: Explosions reported in Mykolaiv.


Update at 9:34pm: Two Russian missiles were shot down over Vinnytsia by air defense forces. Their wreckage is currently being searched.


This was announced by the head of Vinnytsia OVA Serhiy Borzov.


Russian troops shelled the village of Zaliznychne in the Zaporizhzhia Oblast on May 3. As a result, two people died from shrapnel wounds, a school and 12 other houses were damaged — Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration


Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed a Russian control point, three ammunition depots and a fuel and lubricants depot on the administrative border of Mykolayiv and Kherson Oblasts — Operational Command "South" 


Update at 9:17pm: Ukrainian Railways company said that the trains heading to Lviv are being delayed because Russians targeted the substations that are part of the railway infrastructure.


Update at 9:11pm: "As a result of the missile strike, two power substations were damaged.


There is no electricity in part of the city, "

Update at 9:07pm: The Mayor of Dolinskaya in the #Kropyvnytskyi (#Kirovograd) region confirms an explosion in his town.


No further details.


Update at 8:54pm: There is a very powerful explosion in Lviv, the mayor of Sadovaya says part of the city has no electricity.


Update at 8:44pm: Mayor of Lviv telling everyone to remain in shelters. Explosions are being heard.


Update at 8:41pm: Explosions reported in Kyiv.


BREAKING: Ukraine - We're hearing of multiple explosions reported this evening throughout Ukraine.


Unknown what has been hit or missiles shot down by air defense.


Explosions reported in Vinnytsia region, Dnipropetrovsk region, Kropyvnytskyi, Odesa and Lviv region.
