Brazilian studio with four years in Spain explains how 3D renderings and 360° tours help developers sell before building.
The right question isn't how much the visual material costs. It's how much the promoter is losing by not having the right material.

MADRID, SPAIN, September 21, 2026 / EINPresswire.com / -- Selling a home that doesn't yet exist is one of the biggest challenges in real estate marketing. Without a finished unit to visit, the purchase decision depends entirely on the client's ability to
imagine the final result. It is at this point that visual materials cease to be a production expense and become a direct driver of sales and profit margins, according to Render Fabrik, a 3D visualization studio based in Fortaleza, Brazil, that has been working with developers and architectural firms in Spain for four years."The right question isn't how much the visual materials cost. It's how much the developer loses by not having the right materials. Every day the project doesn't sell is a financial cost; every discount granted to close a sale is lost profit margin," says Amanda Araújo, architect and co-founder of Render Fabrik.
This thesis is supported by research in the real estate sector, although that research focuses on homes that have already been built. According to the "2025 Profile of Home Staging" report by the National Association of Realtors (NAR), 29% of sellers reported a 1% to 10% increase in asking price for visually staged homes, and 83% of buyers stated that this type of staging helps buyers envision themselves living in the property. Zillow data from 2021-2022 shows that listings with 3D tours received 43% more views and 55% more saves than listings without this feature, and that these homes sold 14% faster on average.
"This data is for completed properties. The effect tends to be even greater for off-plan sales because there's no other way for the buyer to see the final result before construction is complete," Araújo adds.
The photorealistic 3D renderings—facade, common areas, show homes—are responsible for the campaign's first impression and support the project's marketing materials until the keys are handed over. The 360° virtual tour, meanwhile, allows buyers to explore the floor plan, show home, and common areas directly from their browser, without leaving home or needing an in-person visit. Both services are available on the studio's Spanish-language website . Together, these two tools cover the entire sales funnel: from the initial listing to the final purchase decision.
Render Fabrik has implemented this combination in projects in various Spanish cities. In MadridThe studio developed the complete interior design of a residential apartment, with renderings of the kitchen, living room, and bedrooms designed to convey natural light and spaciousness. In Salamanca, they produced photorealistic exterior and interior renderings of a single-family home, from the facade to the smallest details of the finishes. In the Canary Islands, the studio developed the complete visual materials for a hotel complex—facade, pool, restaurant, and common areas—delivered before the building was even finished.
"A high-quality rendering costs a fraction of what it would take to renovate the sales office or apply a discount to the price list. It's the investment that defines the speed and perceived value of the entire launch," concludes Araújo.
The work process is entirely remote: the client sends plans in DWG or PDF format and a specifications document, receives low-resolution previews to approve framing and lighting, and the final images are delivered in high resolution, with deadlines that vary depending on the complexity of the project. Render Fabrik currently serves projects in Madrid, Barcelona , Valencia, Malaga, Seville, Bilbao, Alicante, Palma, and the Canary Islands, as well as other markets in Europe and Latin America.
