SAO PAULO, BRAZIL, May 17, 2022 /EINPresswire.com/ -- As part of the executive leadership team for the Americas, Mauricio Swain will work in alignment with this region to scale Milestone's sales organization in Latin America, support our partners, and drive accelerated growth across the region.

Milestone Systems, a leading provider of open-platform video management systems, announces that from May 16, executive Mauricio Swain joins the Americas Management Team as the new Sales Director for Latin America. Swain's main responsibilities include direct supervision of the sales team and partnerships with the community and channels throughout the LATAM region.

Swain has more than 20 years of expertise in developing business and sales strategies. Prior to taking up this assignment at Milestone, he played axis communications' BDM Direction for Latin America; CommScope's Global Account Directorate also in the LATAM region; and Sales Direction (in an important Infrastructure Integrator in Mexico), among others. He holds a bachelor's degree from ITESM Campus Estado de México, a bachelor's degree in Electronic and Systems Engineering and a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), with a specialization in Coaching and Strategy. He also has multiple professional certifications with emphasis on RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer) and Bicsi's Telecommunications Project Manager (TPM), among others.
