In April, 5,600 citizens appealed to the 24-hour Crisis Hotline of the Ministry for Reintegration of the Temporary Occupied Territories

How can refugees receive state aid, where can they get an IDP certificate, how can they find out about safe evacuation routes? - These and many other pressing issues are addressed daily to the specialists of the Crisis Center of the Ministry for Reintegration of the Temporary Occupied Territories of Ukraine.

More than 200 citizens' appeals are processed daily – this is the number of calls

received by the round-the-clock Crisis Hotline of the Ministry for Reintegration.

So, in April 5,600 citizens appealed. The vast majority of appeals came from Zaporizhia, Donetsk and Kherson regions.
