The initiative gives selected founders direct feedback from experienced startup CFOs to identify weak points and prepare for difficult investor questions.

The application-based, one-hour session
The review is designed to examine the business behind the slides, rather than focusing only on the deck’s wording or appearance. Jazaa’s finance team assesses whether the presentation clearly explains the problem, solution, market opportunity, business model, traction, competitive position, fundraising requirement and intended use of funds.
The session also examines the financial information investors are likely to question. This may include revenue assumptions, growth projections, burn rate, runway, unit economics, valuation logic and the connection between the amount being raised and the milestones the startup plans to achieve.

Each selected founder receives a focused review with a senior member of Jazaa’s finance team. The session is limited to one founder, lasts approximately one hour and includes a recording so that the feedback can be revisited while the deck is being revised.
