What does this agreement mean for the Iraqi patient?
• Simplified and easily accessible information: instruction manuals, educational stories, magazines and coloring books for children to support patients and their families.
• Direct support in schools and the community: field campaigns targeting children and students to create a more eczema-conscious generation.
• Enhancing the role of physicians: providing medical staff with the latest scientific developments to help patients receive the best care.
• Supportive Patient Environment: Community initiatives to enable the patient and their family to share experiences, breaking the silence about skin diseases.
In her speech at the signing ceremony, Dr. Hadaf Al-Junai, President of the Iraqi Society of Dermatology, said: "Our first goal is the Iraqi patient. This agreement gives him the knowledge and ability to face his illness, and opens the door to a more comfortable and healthy life."
